Our full-service event design package is the perfect solution for busy couples who want a stress-free wedding planning experience. Let our team take care of all the details, from sourcing decor to creating a cohesive aesthetic that truly reflects your personality and vision. We work within your budget to create a truly unforgettable day! Our event design service/duties include:
- 3,1-hour in-person consultations to be held thirty (30), sixty (60), and ninety (90) calendar days prior to the Wedding Day.
- 1,1-hour in-person design mock-up to showcase the decor layout.
- Discuss the theme/style for the wedding and create all visual aspects for the wedding.
- Source all materials for the decor and visual concepts.
- Responsible for the set-up of all decor and other visual aspects of the wedding.
eVENT sTYLING
*This service is included in wedding packages 2 & 3
Our event styling services for weddings go beyond just finding the right decor! We'll work with you to help execute your wants, needs, and vision. Let us help create a stunning and personalized experience for you and your guests to enjoy. Our team will be on-site to assist or run the set-up of all decorations for your ceremony and reception spaces, making sure everything looks perfect down to the last detail! Our event styling service/duties include:
- 3, 1-hour in-person consultations to be held thirty (30), sixty (60), and ninety (90) calendar days prior to the Wedding Day
- Discuss the theme/style for the wedding and aid Client(s) in the creation of all visual aspects for the wedding
- Client(s) will be responsible for providing all decor items, unless otherwise provided or by Ember Wood Events
- Responsible for the set-up of all decor and other visual aspects of the wedding
