Bar & Beverage Packages
Ember Wood offers several bar service options that are fit for your day! We understand that every event is unique and want to cater to creating the perfect menu that compliments you and your guests. We believe in full pricing transparency and do not have any hidden fees, taxes, or extra service charges of any kind. Bartenders are included with all packages, as well as drinkware, napkins, and garnishes.

Step 1: Choose your bar setup
Cash: Your guests pay for their own beverages by choosing from your selected menu.
Hosted: You will set a predetermined dollar amount as your tab. While your guests indulge in your beverage selections, the tab covers their initial drink costs. Once the tab limit has been reached, the bar transfers over to a cash bar; guests are now responsible for the cost of their drinks.
Open: Select from our four open bar packages: Open Beer & Wine, Open Beer, Wine, & Premium Spirits, or Open Beer, Wine, & Elite Spirits. Your guests will get to select a drink of choice, based off of your chosen menu selections. Only guests over the age of 21 will be counted in your estimate for your selected alcohol package. When choosing an open bar package, you will also receive our soda and refreshments package at no additional cost. View open bar packages below:
